Roy’s 6 years in the United States Marines Corps was the starting pointing for a disciplined approach to goal setting and solutions.
His passion for business lead to a successful career within the Airline, Telecom and Real Estate industries where he led various teams, learned to collaborate with Unions, culminating as a strategic partner of the Launch Team that gave life to JetBlue Airways .
More recently Roy has expanded his expertise and is a candidate for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. It is this latest endeavor where Roy has focused his energies working with organizations to mitigate risk and improve business processes by applying Accelerated Improvement Workshops and Continuous Improvement principles.
Roy’s entrepreneurial spirit has led to a diverse set of business startups, which eventually became the foundation of Ascend Strategy Partners.
